Return & Exchange Policy

At Poized Lotus Boutique, I want you to love your items and my goal is to make that happen. I understand things happen so please review the Return/Exchange Policy below to ensure your purchase to be a smooth one!

* Returned items can be exchanged or given a store credit only. NO REFUNDS will be issued!

* All returns must be received within 10 days of the purchase date.

*Exchanges must be completed within 30 days of purchase.

* Returned items must be unwashed and unworn(please be mindful of makeup and deodorant when trying on items). Please return items in original packaging. 

* Shipping is non-refundable, unless it is an error on boutique's end.

* All SALE items are non-returnable & non-refundable and are FINAL SALE. Sale items CANNOT be returned for a refund, store credit or exchange!

*Please note that clothing items may come from several different clothing designers and the sizes may vary. Most items listed are "true to size", however; should you have a question about a particular item, please do not hesitate to ask!
